C#のHttpClientでTimeout値を無限にする設定する方法についてです。
Xamarin開発でもHttpClientはよく使います。
HttpClientのデフォルトのTimeout値は100秒が設定してあるのですが、
タイムアウトを無くしたい、無限にしたいという時もあるかと思います。

でTimeout値を無限に設定ができます。

また、Timeout値を無限にした際、特定のアクションやキャンセルボタン等から処理を通信をキャンセルしたい時もあるかと思います。
というよりは、Timeout値を設定しない場合は処理をキャンセルできるようにするべきです。
そのような時はCancellationTokenSourceを使用します。
